Is the access of Cadence Online Support is tied to any tier (orcad,allegro) or just to be under maintennance contract is required?
Let me ask it in another way.
Is it true or just a rumour that the Cadence Online Support is available only with allegro license?

I'm no VAR - but I can confirm the rumor.
I recently tried to get my login access to "support.cadence.com" re-authorized (host ID not recognized) and the Cadence support folks refused, saying that I had an "OrCad" license and support was provided through my VAR.
I have been running upper tier license (Allegro legacy L, with performance add-ons) for some years. Yes, I also have OrCad, which was combined with my Allegro license some time ago, through no choice of mine.
