I am newbie to do Monte Carlo Analysis. When I " run Monte Carlo Analysis" a window came out, it said that two sampling methods could be selected, Random or latin Hypercube. I selected "Random" the defaut one and run it. The simulation results were did changed, but I don't know what paprameters (for example: width, thickness, doping concentration and etc) were changed when using Random Sampling Method. Can anyone help me. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!
This depends on your model files; it's not a function of which sampling mode you're using. In the model files you are using, there will be a "statistics" block which describes the process and/or mismatch variation for a set of parameters - and then these parameters will be used in the models. See "spectre -h montecarlo" for details of the syntax, so you know what to look for in the model files.

I am really appreciate for your help. I found it from the model file you referred to me. Thanks so much!
