I want to get the noise performance of a block. the block including an opam and a common mode regulator which is chopping operation(the only clock in this block).
How can i run simulation to get the device noise.
it seems that pss+pnoise can do this. but my simulation do not comply with chip test result.
maybe there is some setting issue when run the simulation. could anyone tell me how to set up the simulation?
now i am setting the beat frequency the chopping frequency,what about the harmonic number?
do i need to care about some other settings?

Hi KunmingWould you please let us know the specific version of spectre which you are using?Terminal>spectre -W(Output should be similar to "22.214.171.1241.isr4")It might be good to retry using latest version of spectre in case you are experiencing a bug which affects the pss+noise results.Best regardsQuek

A good place to start would be to read Simulating switched-capacitor filters with SpectreRF . There is also a new option in MMSIM11.1 called "full spectrum" on the pnoise form which makes it much easier to ensure you have sufficient sidebands.
