Please anyone can tell me what is the meaning of max, min, and typ for capacitors corners.
I understand that the parameters ss or ff corresponds to the mobility ( slow slow, fast fast) of the electrons in MOS devices. But i don´t understand what are the changes in the model of the capacitors when we apply the corners whith these variations for capacitors (max, min and typ).

The manufacturing processes will cause some variation in the thickness of the dielectric (eg the gate oxide for a MOS cap, the oxide between metal layers for a finger cap, etc) and also metal thickness and track widths - this will vary the capacitor values and hence it makes sense to have corners representing those extremes.
