ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 13: M0 is an instance of an undefined model ami06P.

I am new to use CADENCE. I designed a simple CMOS inverter. But when I tried to simulate, it ended up showing two errors:

 ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 13: M0 is an instance of an undefined model ami06P.

 ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 15: M1 is an instance of an undefined model ami06N.

Can someone help me to fix this?
