My Life at Cadence: Thierry Berdah Kraz

For today’s employee spotlight, we are joined by Thierry Berdah Kraz, a director of product management based in Cadence’s Petah-Tikvah office, Israel. After working at Cadence for eight years, Thierry recalls his first impressions of joining the Cadence team, describing the people and environment as a “safe space” enriched with diversity, equality, and acceptance. Thierry also values the professional opportunities Cadence provides for employees to make an impact, not only on the business and in the high-tech industry, but through the influence they will have on current and future generations.
