Export blade surface mesh

Dear all,

I have a 3D mesh of a compressor blade in turbo, created with Autogrid. When I export the mesh in .cgns format I get the full mesh, however, I would like to export just the mesh over the blade surface, is it possible ? Can someone explain how to do it?
