I created pad (padstack) with center on position 0,0.. added this pad to symbol(package) and everything was fine.
BUT, when i used created package, pads had offset. Problem is nets are connected (on board) to downl-left corner of pad.
Is there some WHY? Can you tel me what i'm doing wrong?
Thanks for any help..
And here is image:
You might have a padstack of the same name that has the offset and that is being found first by the tools. Check your padpath settings and make sure your library folder is at the top of the list. You could also try a Place - Update Symbols and click on update symbol padstacks and ignore fixed property, check the package symbol and click on refresh.
In reply to steve:
ok, I deleted all files (padstack, shapes, package) with relationship to my package. and I made it completely again, and now it's working. probably there were some link to old file.. or so..
thanks for your help
