fillet can apply only in line only
Fillet option is not available in the package symbol(.DRA)..u can follow bellow steps
*Draw the shape of required dimensions in the board file(.BRD)
*Decompose the shape using SHAPE---->Decompose ,select Class--->ETCH ,SUBCLASS---->TOP in the option tab
*Now try to fillet using Manifacture------>Dimension--------->Fillet
*After that compose the shape Decompose the shape using SHAPE---->compose ,select Class--->ETCH ,SUBCLASS---->TOP in the option tab
*Now export the shape as subdrawing....File--->Export--->Subdrawing
*Import the subdrawing to your Package Symbol (.DRA)
You can apply fillets in the DRA mode. I do it all the time and just went and double-checked what works.
You CAN NOT apply fillets to rectangles entered using the Place-->>Rectangle command. Fillets apply to lines only.
Use the Dimension-->>Fillet command. Make sure to set the radius you want in the OPTIONS panel. If your segments are not long enough to accomodate the fillet the command will not create the fillet and will give an error message at the bottom of the screen.
Best of Luck,

If you need to convert the lines to a shape after you've created the fillet you can do that by using the Shape - Compose Shape command.

Thank you for your useful hint. I want to know if I can apply Shape->Compose for package Keepin & Route Keepin as well. When I try to apply it to those mentioned classes I see below messages and nothing changes.
Select the lines / line segments to be composed into shape(s).Enter selection pointlast pick: 5706.00 0.06Processing the selected segments. For a large number of segments, this may take a few minutes.Use the "Close Shape" option from the RMB popup to close any shape(s) left open.A total of 1 shapes were created.Enter selection pointW- (SPMHA1-233): Package keepin rectangle already exists.last pick: 5709.85 2.44Enter selection point
Is there anything wrong with my settings or not?
Another question is raised regarding on the reverse action. Can I change the composed shape to that 90 degree corners or not?
I would appreciate any help on this issue.
