Have a question about PCB antenna in schematic.
I am doing a design which include a bluetooth PCB antenna.This pcb antenna is only a trace. I am wondering should I put a schematic symbol of antenna in schematic, and then make a footprint of PCB antenna? Or leaving it along in schematic, and routing a trace of antenna in PCB layout? Which is the right way to do?
By the way, how to draw a trace in PCB layout, WITHOUT solder mask ? I want run a trace, with original color.

Hard to respond to basic all-encompassing questions like this!
There's no such thing as an antenna "just being a trace" even when it is. An antenna design is complex and coupled with lots of concerns relative to reference planes and such. In the end, the geometries and layout of an antenna trace should be defined as a component/footprint in my opinion, so as not to disturb it during hookup by the PCB designer!

Oh, as a follow-up to your 2nd question. At board layout level, you can just add shapes or cut-outs to the soldermask subclass where you don't want soldermask. That class/layer is treated as a negative in artwork generation.

I think it would be better to create the antenna as a footprint with it's own symbol in capture.
Antenna design at microwave on a PCB substrate can be a challenge, did you have a particular s11 goal for the band of interest ?
To remove mask from a trace so the trace is exposed you can draw a shape over it on your pcb mask layer.
