Followup - the documetation states the plot-setup values are saved in the allegro.ini file upon exiting a session and read in from same file at beginning of a session. It goes on to state that there are environment variables that can be set programmatically and that the trick is to 1) open session2) delete allegro.ini3) modify environment variables as desired4) invoke plotBUT the documentation doesn't state the [b]names[/b] of the environment variables that correspond with what's in allegro.iniTIA,Chris Walterslocal Cadence guru()
Hi Chris,I don't think that method works unless you re-open the session after modifying the lines in the allegro.ini file itself.It would be great if we could have access to these as normal environment variables. It drives me crazy having to run scripts to do this type of task. I suggest you raise an enhancement request to have these included as standard environment variables.Cheers, Dave
