There are different models for Capacitor, MOS, and Inductors in the library...... from where i can get description of the models so that i can use them accordingly in my VCO design........ for example
MIMCAP_RF and VARIS_18_RF are the capacitor models....
1 how should the three terminals connected
2 What should be the voltage range for VARIS_18_RF
3 What are the parasitics associated with this models etc.......

I assume that you are using mmrf180 library of UMC 180nm. In your library which includes model files folder, rules files folder, user guides, application notes etc. , there is one folder called mode 'Models' and now in that folder one another folder called 'Doc' is there, if you open that folder you can find no. of files related with your library components. In that one pdf file includes all data related with your every model i.e. capacitors, mosfets, inductors etc. (data is of operating frequency range, capacitance range or inductance range, equations, schematic equivalent model etc.).
