Issue was resolved. It was /etc/nssswitch.conf that was the problem. Cadence support was notified about my solution. Thanks
This might be the same as CCR 758990 which was actually to do with the licensing code from Flexera. Or it might be something else.
The best thing to do is contact customer support. However, before that you might want to consider trying a more recent version (e.g. IC615 ISR4 or IC614 latest ISR).
