I would like to know the possible ways to access the LEVEL40 MOSFET model released by HP, in Cadence. I can see there are some models already available in Cadence for TFTs like LEVEL61(RP a-Si-TFT) and LEVEL62(RP-Si-Poly Si-TFT). But the component parameters explaining LEVEL 40 are mostly not the same with the LEVEL 61 & 62.I kindly would like to know from here whether any version of Cadence support this LEVEL 40 or if not, the possible procedures to buy the LEVEL from HP vendor.
I would like to import the model file for a TFT LEVEL 40 model implemented in HSPICE, in Spectre and use it in my schematic as a regular symbol along with other inherent voltage sources available in Spectre.So could you all please suggest me some ways to acheive this.

As I explained in the other thread that you posted to, you can't, because that model is not supported in spectre. You would need to contact Cadence Customer Support to request this as an enhancement for a future release. Whilst it's in theory possible that HP provide a shared library implementation of the model for spectre using spectre's C model interface, I'm not aware of this existing. Such an interface is used by some vendors for proprietary models, or for public domain models (e.g. PSP) which allows you to access newer versions of the implementations of such models than are shipped with spectre.
