Hello, I am trying to simulate and test a simple MOSFET circuit using a BS170/ZTX and I keep getting the error:
ERROR(ORPSIM-15108): Subcircuit BS170/ZTX used by X_M1 is undefined
I have checked to see if my nom.lib file is in the simulation profile configuration files and it is in there as a global but it is named nomd.lib. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working? I get this error with 16.2 demo version and 16.5 lite version..
Hi would1It seems that you are using our Allegro tools and not Virtuoso tools. Perhaps you might want to let us know the name of your tool or post the question to the SPB forum. Anyway, as per all simulation tools, you just need to ensure that any models that are referenced are included in the model files and the model files should be included in the run.Best regardsQuek
Hi, I am not sure how to determine which tools I am using.. But I will give you the total error report maybe that will tell you what you need to know.

So, I am in the right forum? Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
