axlDBChangeDesignOrigin issue

Has anyone had this happen...?

When I issue the axlDBChangeDesignOrigin command on my laptop, there is no issue. The origin will change.

When I issue it on my desktop, it fails to change the origin.

I am using Allegro 23.1 S007
