changing the drawing extends

hello:

i am trying to reduce the file size by chaning the drawing extends but no success.

i can not reduce the parameters on the drawing extends.

what prevents me from not changing the numbers of the parameter?

i am trying to change the xy coordinates and the width and the height shown below.
