bias point and probe voltage

I'm simulating 51123 buck converter (transient analysis). How to make Bias point Voltage equals Probe voltage? Are there any setting to make these possible, or other simulations to to make the bias point voltages output VO1 and VO2 equals to 5v and 3V?

the values displayed at schematic are bias point values which are the values at t=0.
