does end-user have right to choose your authorized reseller?
I learned that Cadence(PRC)'s distribution policy force us can only buy your products from Comtech .is this reasonable? are my consumer rights violated?
We think we have right to choose what we want to buy & where to buy from, that is my consumer rights
I contacts Mr. Xiong Wen and asked him to help write an authorized mail to another re-sellers(to tell other re-sellers they can handle our orders) he refused. Why he can refuse our reasonable request?His attitude is also very bad and arrogant
if we place order from other re-sellers ,my order will be hold or rejected (perhaps by other excuses) or give us a very high price. Why he force us to buy your products from Comtech?What is the relationship between them?
I think I can't get any help from him ,so I can only post this for help(I don't have Host ID/Reference Key to register online supports account).Could you help me to solve this problem ?
