Where exactly to open a case or SR in the support page?

I know it is on http://support.cadence.com/.

I spent 20 minutes hovering over there and could not find a place to start to fill out a open case form.

I am familiar with the old support page which is very user-friendly.

Now I am lost. I only found a solution submission where it gives you a form to fill out. And it very kindly reminds you that this is not a place for opening a new case.

"For staring a new case, you should go a link." After clicking that link, I ended up with the link I copied in the first line.

Which button under which menue should I click to see a SR form? Please help!
