am currently working on a design of PSK backscaterring modulator block for Passive RFID Transponder . Currently , I am designing based on the paper titled "An ultra low-voltage low power PSK backscatter

I should measure the variation of capacitance of moscap. I have simulated the CV characteristics, however what I require is the transient response of the change in capcaitance of moscap , similar to the attachment included below.
I would like to know if there is a method to do the same.
Any suggestions would be grateful.
