Cadence Support Portal – Enhancements Released in July, 2017

Do you access Cadence Support Portal (https://support.cadence.com) often?

If yes, you may be interested to know what has been happening to the site lately. There have been many enhancements and changes!

If you have not visited us recently, you may be curious to know what is in store for you in this knowledge-rich portal.

In the meanwhile, it may be useful to quickly go through the following new features

The Print option lets you print articles in a single click.

It now displays the full name of the CCR contact to help you identify and reach out to the person easily.

Have faced problems finding attachments of a Rapid Adoption Kit (RAK)? Not anymore! a prominent link has been provided at the top of the window.

Searches done from the Product and Platform pages show Product / Platform name above the results to help you remember the scope of your search.

Minimum character limit for Japanese text has been reduced to two characters to enhance the search experience.

This is not all! Cadence Support Portal team is talking about more enhancements coming in Q4 of 2017. So, stay tuned!
