Cadence Training at CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2025

4 Jun 2025 • 1 minute read

CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2025, recently held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, brought together industry leaders, technologists, and innovators to explore the future of electronic design and intelligent systems. The event showcased groundbreaking advancements in AI-driven design, semiconductor innovation, and system development. It highlighted the convergence of AI and electronic design, emphasizing collaborative innovation and the development of intelligent systems. The event underscored Cadence’s commitment to advancing technology through AI-driven solutions and industry partnerships.

Cadence unveiled the Millennium M2000 Supercomputer, powered by NVIDIA’s Blackwell platform, designed to accelerate AI-driven silicon, system, and drug design.

The system offers up to 80X higher performance and 20X lower power consumption, optimizing workloads across EDA, system design, and drug discovery.

We saw the introduction of Agentic AI, a multi-agent framework enabling autonomous, intelligent design workflows across various domains.

The conference featured 16 dynamic tracks covering topics like 3D-ICs, chiplets, intelligent system design, automotive technologies, AI-driven custom layouts, and more.

And the Designer Expo provided hands-on experiences with cutting-edge tools and technologies, facilitating networking and collaboration among attendees.

Nunio Villegas and Angie Hathorn, from Cadence Customer Training, were at CadenceLIVE again, and this time they had some new and exciting things to share with those who visited their booth in the designer expo:

For example, they demoed the time-saving training option we call Accelerated Learning, which was developed to do justice to the limited time available to engineers. With a pre-quiz, learners can test their knowledge before the online course starts to save time. Check online for details.

Bridging the Learning Gap, the second piece of their innovation, was developed for those who need a quick technical overview in order to familiarize themselves most effectively, without having to search to find out what might be relevant for them. Check out Onboarding Curricula.

And even for more experienced customers, within this Bridging the Learning Gap training repertoire, the Tech Domain Certification Programs are available to upskill and get certified in the process, or even get started in a completely different tech domain.

Nunio and Angie spoke to many and received positive responses to the Cadence training innovations! If you don't want to miss any more of the training innovations, subscribe.
