The goal is to provide a platform for self-learning, to help users ramp up faster or get easier access to specific topics they are interested in exploring past introductory notes.

Currently, we have published content for the Apps, organized in tabs at the top of the page. There is an effort to continuously update and add more content, so it is recommended to check back often or subscribe to receive email notification about new content (Go to home https://support.cadence.com – My Account – Notification Preferences, and add JasperGold Apps under your product list from Edit products tab and choose a frequency daily/weekly/monthly for notification). You can also submit cases online to our support team in case you have questions not addressed by existing content. To submit a case, click on Cases -> Submit Case from upper left corner of the page. The support team has a very quick response time and combined with Field AE yield faster turnaround time for your queries. And you must note that we do provide answers through our knowledge database based on how you describe your problem while submitting a case. This can prevent you from submitting a case, by finding the answer then and there.
