Last Week in CFD

29 Nov 2021 • Less than one minute read

Because of last week's Thanksgiving holiday here in the U.S. and the company's generosity in giving us not 2 but 3 days of rest and relaxation, last week's CFD news is shared today. And quite a cornucopia it is.

  1. The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics published a report on the current state of the aerospace industry and it covers everything from general confidence in the field to exciting areas of research as well as topics of concern.
  2. By improving online conferences we could create a "more equitable and sustainable conference culture" write the authors of an article in Nature.
  3. Ducklings.
  4. NASA's open science initiative promises to make 2023 the Year Of Open Science but it's unclear what this means for their CFD software.

Throwback to last year's webinar about Mesh Adaptation That Works.

Of course you'll also find news about software releases and CFD applications in This Week in CFD #455 on Another Fine Mesh.

If all this has your CFD juices flowing, subscribe to the Cadence CFD newsletter to keep up with all we have to offer in the world of computational software and Intelligent System Design.
