Exciting News for all the Turbomachinery Enthusiasts, the ASME Turbo Expo is coming soon!
Join top experts and decision-makers as they gather in-person to exchange ideas and experiences to develop and discuss implementation of safe, reliable carbon neutral solutions, while shaping the future of the turbomachinery industry.
The 5-day ASME Turbo Expo 2022 will serve as a synergetic platform for government, academic, research, and industry professionals to discuss multidisciplinary approaches for decarbonization.
When: Conference: June 13-17, 2022
Exhibition: June 14-16, 2022
Where: Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
We are organizing a Lunch and Learn session at the premises of the ASME Turbo Expo, i.e., in the main conference center of the Ahoy. It's an excellent opportunity to interact and learn about the innovations in turbomachinery applications and how our latest CFD products can help solve the complex application-specific problems.
Cadence CFD experts will discuss several new and challenging applications, such as hydraulic turbines, fans, and drones, and show how to use Cadence’s new dedicated pressure-based solver to estimate design and off-design performances. You will also learn how to port previous projects into Cadence Fidelity CFD for either performing advanced post-processing, or adding new components and taking advantage of a fully-integrated structured and unstructured workflow.
Date and time: June 14th, 2022
Session 1: 12:30pm – 1:30pm, Session 2: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Seats are limited! Register now to ensure your spot.
Cadence is proud to be sponsoring the Women in Engineering Networking Program at the ASME Turbo Expo.
Virginie Barbieux, Senior Product Engineering Manager at Cadence, will talk during the Women in Engineering dinner event about gender equity at workplaces, discuss about the growing number of women in senior management positions, and address different means of reinforcing a sense of belonging towards fellow women engineers at the workplace.
Virginie has a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in fluid dynamics, and her interest in CFD has helped her develop a career in the same. According to her, "There is no doubt that women engineers perform equal or better than their male counterparts at work." This is definitely going to be an exciting session for all the women engineers out there!
Date of the dinner: June 14th, 2022
Our experts are looking forward to meeting with you. They can answer all your questions, show you demos, help with specific technical questions or just give you an overview of everything Fidelity CFD can do to help you increase the performance of your designs and accelerate your workflow, without loss of accuracy.
