One Cadence, One Team, One...

One Cadence, One Team, aaaanddd... One Family! This time of year sees all the India sites celebrate the annual Family Days. It is a way for Cadence to thank employees’ families for all their support over the year and celebrate together as an extended Cadence family. This year is a very special year for Cadence, as we celebrate our 30th anniversary (both worldwide and in India) and several achievements in India such as being the third consecutive year that we are in the Top 50 of the Great Place to Work® Institute survey.

Cadence Noida and Cadence Pune celebrated their Family Days on Nov 17 and Bangalore on Nov 24. Noida and Bangalore had similar events, which featured amazing employee performances – singing and dancing and the Cadence band in Bangalore – which were greeted by loud cheers and applause by the audience. The MCs in both locations did a great job of keeping the crowd engaged. The other highlight was the extensive buffet dinner which featured exotic counters such as Mongolian BBQ, Italian and Chinese counters, Nachos, as well as a generous Indian spread.

Cadence Pune decided to spend their Family Day at a water park near Pune. A grand time was had by all, especially the kids, trying out various rides and amusements that the park had to offer.

Cadence Ahmedabad had their Family Day on Dec 1 at an amusement park/sports center near Ahmedabad called Club 07. The event brought together around 35 employees and their family members. The morning was spent playing games like badminton, TT, carrom snooker, tennis and more. After lunch, a game jockey conducted fun family oriented games like Bingo. The day ended with a high tea. Truly, quality time spent together as a Cadence family.

Employees and their families look forward to the Family Days every year. They are a great way to connect with colleagues informally, showcase some amazing employee talent, and have a fun evening out.
