Data sets are a powerful and easy-to-use feature in Cadence's AWR Microwave Office Software. Data sets, as their name implies, store data from previous simulations. The simulations can range from S-parameter results from electromagnetic (EM) runs, to harmonic-balance circuit analysis, to yield analysis of layout variation on circuit performance.
Microwave Office integrates data sets into its graphing capabilities. The designer can, for example, graph the results of different data sets on the same graph.
