unable to open Omnis (activation)

Hey, I can't open windows. The only error in the admin tool is, that the Numeca activation server reachable is a error, everything else passed..

    Hello Hussein,

    Could you please give a bit more information:

    • the Windows version 
    • the Omnis version
    • what is written in the License server tab under License management in the Admin Tool?
    • What is the behavior when trying to launch Omnis? Which steps did you take and at which moment you see it does not work? Is there any error message? 
    • You can launch Omnis from the command prompt with the -print argument and see which messages it gives.

    Hey, so 3 months ago I used Omnis and did a break. Today is the first day I wanted to use again. Before everything was good. 

    • windows 10
    • Omnis 5.2
    • the name of the license server ( my desktop) and  that its not reachable  ( " the deamon Numeca on the license server .. are down )
    • so I opened the admin tool,  entered the  activation code  ( activate with activation id.. )  and clicked at activate,  got the message that the activation code was already activated on the machine and now starting from license server.

    The activation ID was valid until September 30 2022 so if you tried using that activation ID, it makes sense that it won't work. You'll need a license file for the new academic year as we don't provide activation ID's anymore. I would suggest you make a new request through the same form again: www.numeca.be/academic-students

    That license will be valid until September 30 2023.
