Is there a way to get a report that contains pins that have thermals and what layers they are connected to?

The only way I can make this report is if all the pin or vias have the property override DYN_THERMAL_CON_TYPE set to a value. You can use a report file (Tools - Reports - New/Edit) then add REFDES, REFDES_SORT, PIN_NUMBER, PIN_NUMBER_SORT and then in the properties tab choose PIN_DYN_THERMAL_CON_TYPE. Save the report and then when you generate this the reports lists the details. I'm using 17.2 and the advantage of that is that you can set this value on a layer by layer basis (you can only set one connection type in 16.6). Without this property override you won't see anything. You may be able to do this using skill so I would also post your question on the skill forum.

Thanks for the input Steve. I might post in the skills section about this.
