How to change via level with skill in IC6

 In IC6, I have a bindkey which change via level (via1 to via2) . Main part of the code is:

; Current selected via
viaToBeChanged=car(geGetSelSet())

; new via identifier
newVia=dbOpenCellViewByType( technName viaName "layout" nil "r")
if( newVia then
  viaToBeChanged~>master=newVia
)

Do you know how doing the same thing in IC6 ?

    I have written code to change Via 1 to Via X (X=2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

    here Metal M1 to M6 have common width and spacing , top 3 Metals that are FA, 3A , LB are having different width and space rule .


    my code works fine till V5 , after that V6 ie.  connects M6 OT FA , FA 3T 3A , 3A VV LB  here der is via spacing error . its taking same spacing rule as for M1 V1 M2 etc .
