 Hi

I want to create a Pcell with the following features.

Field that are in the  Parameter Field

1 . Field (Cyclic Field)  : In the Cyclic fields there should be Metals M1 , M2 , M3 , M4 .

2. Width Field :

3. Length Field :

The Requirement is : If  You Select  M2 , the Pcell Should have M1 and  M2 Dummy Exclude layers with the given Width and length

If i select M4 then the Pcell should have M1, M2, M3,  M4 Dummy Exclude layers with the Given Width and length

I have create the Cyclic Field , Width field , Length field using Tools --> CDF  --> copy

I am confusing,  How to link with the layout and CDF . What should be drawn in the layout ?

I am not getting the Required output and layers.

  Pls suggest the flow.

Thanks

Siva

     Hi siva,

First you need to create pcell layout with those fields.  You can do it either using SKILL or Graphical pcell editor( Tools~> pcell for 5X versions). And then you need to set CDF parameters for that cells. Please go through the installDirectory/doc/pcellref document for creating pcells.
