Error initializing COM property pages: Invalid pointer

I need some help, please. I downloaded the new Orcad 16.3 (demo) and when I created the netlist there was an error I cannot solve: "Error initializing COM property pages: Invalid pointer".

I tried the solution "SOLUTION:
This error message appears because of an improper entry in the registry of the pxllite.OCX file. You can solve this problem in the following tree ways:
Solution 1: Manually register the Dynamic Link Libraries (.DLL). To manually register the pxllite.ocx file:
1. Choose Start > Run to open the Run window.
2. Type cmd to open the command line window
3. Go to <Install_dir>\tools\capture, where <Install_dir> is the path for the OrCAD Capture installation directory.
4. Type the following two commands, one at a time in the command line window:

regsvr32 pxllite.ocx
regsvr32 truereuse.ocx"

but nothing. My system is windows 7 ultimate. Thank you. I am very sorry if I chose the wrong thread to post this in.

On Windows 7, you need to disable User Account Control and run from an account with local Administration rights for the machine. The software components will then be correctly registered as required.

I find the same error: "Error initializing COM property pages" when try to create the netlist.
The OS is WINXP Professional SP3
The Orcad is 10.0 version
May have some help ?

As of 4/30/2012 I'm running OrCAD Capture 16.3. The two ocx's mentioned don't exist. Instead, at the same location, I find orpxllite.ocx and orTrueReuse.ocx. Doing regsvr32 to THESE instead did fix the same error for me on Windows 7. Note also, to run cmd as administrator, SEARCH for cmd from the start menu, see it higher up as a search result, right click on it, choose run as administrator.
