Capture 16.5 "Dump Wires" command ? What does it do ?

In Capture 16.5 does anyone happen to know what the "Dump Wires" command  is for. I came across it by acciednt so it got me curious as to what it does. It is accessed by doing a ctrl+alt+F12 on the keyboard.

Thanks Scott

In PCB Editor there is a "dump_libraries" command that places a copy of all the library symbols used on the current design into the current directory. Maybe "dump_wires" does something similar from a Capture perspective.

BTW, that keystroke combo does nothing on my machine.
