Allegro screen white out

PhilH
PhilH over 9 years ago

Running Windows 10 with 16.6 and latest hotfix. Windows 10 did an update the other day and now my Allegro screen whites out if I hover over the visibility tab or if I click on any other application that is open. This is happening on multiple computers at multiple locations. Any one else experiencing this? Anyone know of a fix?

When I selected the mode of manual placement, I could not scroll horizontally/Zoom In/Zoom out

Please see the attached video -> www.dropbox.com/.../allegro%20bug%20%2B%20hotfix%2085.wmv

I launched Allegro PCB Editor ( SPB 16.6, Hotfix S085)  in safe mode.

    I added commands:

    # use shift + scroll button on mouse to scroll horizontally
    button Swheel_up "roam x -$roamInc"
    button Swheel_down "roam x $roamInc"

    # use ctrl + scroll button on mouse to zoom in/out
    button Cwheel_up "zoom in $buttonfactor"
    button Cwheel_down "zoom out $buttonfactor"

funckey P 'place manual; setwindow form.plc_manual; FORM plc_manual hide; setwindow form.find; FORM find name_type Comp; setwindow form.plc_manual'

I must click the mouse in another window to restore the horizontal scrolling in allegro
