Altium Import into Cadence

I have a coworker who did a design in altium and it looks like there is in import menu in Cadence import->Translator->Altium PCB in Cadence OrCad. I checked Allegro with 2 different licenses and I didn't see that import option available. Is there a view to enable the import or to change the license file? If there is a better way with a lib import or other steps I can get more altium exports.

With my 17.2 s/w install it appears as File>Import>CAD Translators>Altium PCB...
