CIS Database Part - Ordering

Hello,

I am building my CIS database through CIP.  Is there any way to order the way the separate sections are ordered?  As a hypothetical example my tables look something like this:
Capacitors
ICs - Transceivers
Power Supplies - On-Board
Inductors
ICs - MCUs

Is there anyway to rearrange them such that they are presented in the following order?
Capacitors
Inductors
ICs - Transceivers
ICs - MCUs
Power Supplies - On-Board

Notice I am using ICs - Transceivers as a top level folder, but this is because in CIP I want custom parametric tables so I can associate relevant information with each section.  An example being a "memory" field for MCUs, if I lumped both Voltage Regulators and MCUs underneath ICs there would be a memory field for Voltage Regulators which I don't particularly want to be present.

Thanks

I thanks for the reply. This seems more like a high level team question so I will run it passed my team to see if we want a generalized ICs folder or many more specific folders with parametric tables specific to the specialized folders
