skill with end .eil (not *.il)

 I have skill with end .eil. I think it was converted from file *.il?

Please help me open it?

What program help me covert it?

     Dear Satya,

    I found out Encrypting a File in  sklanguser.pdf, but I don't known How to use it.

    Will we load it in command skill in Editor or load in file.il

    Can you help me. tks

    I have read document in sklanguser,

    I put this command in begin line one skill and it made other skill with new name " outputfilename".

    Yes, I could make outputfilename, but When I couldnot load it. I did't know to use it true

    Can you tell more detail ?
