automatic silkscreen

is it possible to do silkscreen cleanup automatically. is there any skill or script for that?

    hi dave, When i run silkutils command "silkscreen check v8.23" dialog box is opening. in that dialog box i dont know to set values. if i run with the default values, there is no change in the silk and assembly layers. its just there as it is. even if i give some values and when i run , there is no change in silk. can u tell me how to set the values to do silk cleanup.

    There is no automatic cleanup. This is partially done when you run the Allegro/Manufacturing silkscreen utility to copy the silkscreen to the Manufacturing layers. The default settings should be OK for starters. Just run "Check All".

    ok dave. can we able to keep the refdes just outside the component without touching the silk line of the component by using this skill file.

    It does check that text doesn't get to close to lines and that refdes text is closest to its parent.
