dbid:removed

Hi,

anyone encountered a scenario similar to this

-- you cant debug because the dbid were instantly removed the moment you assign them to a variable

function/procedure as simple as this :

(defun MyTest ()

 axlSetFindFilter(?enabled list("noALL" "pins" "vias" "shapes") ?onButtons list("noALL" "shapes"))

 axlAddSelectAll()

 retDbid=axlGetSelSet()

axlMsgPut("%L" retDbid)

)

  1. I normally get dbids when I put retDbid in the skill command prompt, until lately im having this problem. The axlMsgPut shows all the dbid's value, but in my skill command prompt i have all the dbids removed
  2. Running the program as a whole have no error, its just that I cant debug dbid values

I have tried the following

1. Use same code to other PC -- normal as expected

2. Re-install allegro within the same pc with error -- still have error

 Thanks

     Hi Gil,

    thanks for the effort, i dont know if its normal, but it would be too tasky to debug multi line skill programs if its like this

    i dont encounter this before, i dont know if i installed some window program or what that it affect allegro even after re-installing it

     hope other members have experienced and solve this

     thanks
