OBD++ Error

Hi, 
When I try to export ODB++ , I receive following error. We are having same error i.e. "log file does not exist" with different designs and ODB++ file did not created for any design. 

    

what could be possible issue and any fix ?

    Try reinstalling ODB++ again. Sometimes this helps

    I think latest version should work fine. Follow below article,

    I was using 2305.0001 with 17.4 without issues.  It looks like there is a 2305.0002 that just fixes one thing. It should work as well.  Here is what was fixed

    EDA Translation - Cadence Allegro
    • EBS-145174 — Problem with Allegro translation using “Assembly” subclass.
    Resolution: Additional parameter setting of Component Outline = Assembly resulted in
    incorrect package outline shape. This is now fixed.
