Creating Web/Thermal shape for paste mask

Any tips or SKIL files to help create a thermal shaped openings for paste masks for a donut shaped pin for mics or stand-offs like below?

    For each segment, I used poly line shape that has two lines and connected the end points with arcs. I used geometry to figure out end points, connected with arc, two end points and middle. 

    I am away from my computer this week but I can post my python script on GitHub coming weekend. Python works great for matrix operations to apply rotations and reduces the amount of code a lot when using numpy.

    Though, what Hoangkhoi just posted is much simpler and I really like that.
