SKILL Development toolbox

archive
archive over 20 years ago

Hi All,

Does anyone here use the "SKILL Development toolbox". Does it really help in writing skill programs. Besides this toolbox are there other software that would aid in Skill development.
May I know the cost for the license for this toolbox.
Currently I just use a text editor (UltraEdit-32).

thanks,
newbie

I use (gvim as an editor. It comes with a skill mode to highlight statements, comments, etc. and makes it easier to see what's going on. If you already know unix "vi" it is a clone.

Vim will run under unix (Red Hat, Debian, IRIX, Solaris, and HPUX), MSDOS/Windows, Amiga, OS/2, Mac OS7-9, Mac OSX, Agenda, Sharp Zaurus, MS Windows CE, Open VMS, RISC OS, and Morph OS. You can also obtain the source code and compile it yourself on other platforms...
