Schematic Make Root meet quit unexpectedly probelm

Dear sir,

In order to adjust flexible circuit with many board, use Make Root to choice major working schematic.

So far, met "This application has quit unexpectedly" problem.

How to debug this problem and let make root feature working?

    Did you meet same issue from this? Just inform local engineering support and report no issue from him. That is weird.

    Afraid of License connection cause.
