Adding function key for color -toggle command in env file

archive
archive over 17 years ago

I had added a shortcut key for the command color -toggle "Package Geometry/silkscreen_top" in my enviornment file as below.

funckey h color -toggle "Package Geometry/silkscreen_top"

But I am getting the error "Invalid class specified: PACKAGE" while I press key 'h' from Allegro window. But the same command works fine when I copy and paste it in the allegro cammand input window.

It will be very helpful if any of you can clarify this behavior.

Thanks in advance

The quotes are getting swallowed, so you need to do it as such:

funckey h 'color -toggle "Package Geometry/silkscreen_top"'

                   ^                                                                     ^^

single quote                                                    double quote followed by single quote
