spice model question

I'm trying to simulate a circuit that has an infineon bfr750 in it. My libraries do not contain it and all I'm given from the the infineon website is a .CIR file and a set of .S2P file. How do I create this part with the parameters I was given?

I'm trying to run a simulation in Capture CIS but the net list is giving me this error

WARNING [NET0093] No PSpiceTemplate for D1, ignoring

WARNING [NET0093] No PSpiceTemplate for D2, ignoring

They are there.  I have been to the pspice model editor and everything seems to be there.  I'm using the one for di.lib.  I need some help.

    Thanks.

The diodes that you use do not have a Pspice template or model. When you use a diode, in the parts window ( when you select the part ) look in the low right corner where you see the design of the part and under the image you will see, or not ( depending on the component ) 2 small pictures representing PSpice and Layout. Make sure that the component that you use has the Pspice picture under it and the error will not appear anymore. Good luck!
