Why i can't see some waveforms in bus simulation?

Hi, all,

I am trying to make a DDR2 bus simulation, after the all procedures, i found that DQS1 and most of DQ[8..15] have no waveforms, the most odd thing is, DQ12 have waveform.(maybe a model error?)

Any help appreciated.

    I'm sure all pins are routed ok, and I confirmed that all pins have waveform using the Probe command.
