rezise drill legend

Hello all,

I have a board all drawn up and I'm trying to figure out how would I rezise the drill legend.

I'm using Orcad PCB Editor

It's slighly bigger than the page size I'm using and I need it a little smaller.

 Any help will be appreciated.

The Drill Legend is sized from the DLT, Drill Legend Template file, and the largest drill symbol. The DLT files are in the installation at share\pcb\text\nclegend use the documentation within the files as a guide to modifying them, you want to save your own modified version as a different DLT file. The Drill Symbol size can be changed from the Pad Designer, for libraries, or through Drill Customization within the design.

Ok, I have found the template files, now my question is, how do I edit the template files? I will be saving my own template.
