Assembly drawing PDF export

Hi,

I'm using OrCAD PCB designer professional v17.2. When I go to Export -> PDF, it gives me licensing error. I'm already using professional version and I have no problem when I generate PDF schematic. Can somebody let me know why orcad people dont have this basic functionality ?

    This topic has been addressed multiple times on here.  Hopefully a quick search will reveal those threads.  That said, Cadence changed the licensing such that all PCB products must buy the special PDF license but the schematic tools are free.  Not sure why they did this but they did.  You'll have to contact your VAR to get the pricing and the license.

    Apparently you can't even get a license now that will allow a pdf export. I've heard there is some sort of licensing issue with Adobe. You can try Nuance PDF or a full version of Adobe.Still not as clean as the pdf export option was.
