Visibility Needed With Certain Commands

archive
archive over 17 years ago

My group recently started using room properties and I noticed that certain commands like Move/Hilight/Dehilight (and probably others) when applied to parts based on the room property, only does it if they're visible; whereas Show Element doesn't care.  Also, if I Move/Hilight/Dehilight based on Symtype, it doesn't have to be visible.

Does anyone have any backround on why it's done this way?
